Una mini experiencia del Festival Prana, en Ecoparque S'arracó

El sábado 22 de junio celebramos el Solsticio de Verano encendiendo la llama interior del corazón. Siguiendo esta antigua tradición, nos reunimos para reconectar, respirar y abrirnos desde el corazón.

Más que un taller, será una pausa sagrada. Un momento para salir del movimiento del verano y entrar en una oasis de calma, rodeados de naturaleza, donde también podrás refrescarte en la piscina, descansar y volver a tu centro. 

A través del cacao, la respiración, el movimiento, la voz y el sonido, abrimos un espacio de profunda reconexión con nosotros mismos, con los demás y con la energía vital de la vida: Prana.

A mini experience of the Prana Festival, at Ecoparque S’arracó

On Saturday, June 22nd, we celebrate the Summer Solstice by igniting the inner flame of the heart. Following this ancient tradition, we gather to reconnect, breathe, and open ourselves from the heart.

More than a workshop, this will be a sacred pause — a moment to step out of the summer’s rush and into an oasis of calm, surrounded by nature, where you can also refresh yourself in the pool, rest, and return to your center.

Through cacao, breathwork, movement, voice, and sound, we open a space for deep reconnection with ourselves, with each other, and with the vital energy of life: Prana.
